Como surgiu o teu tag?
Eu era apenas uma criança quando comecei a escrevê-lo, não me lembro porquê.
Quando começou o teu interesse pelo graffiti e quais foram as tuas influências na altura?
O meu interesse reacendeu-se massivamente durante os bloqueios da Covid. Ao ver as ruas quando estavam todas vazias fez-me vê-las de uma forma diferente... tanto cinzento… tanto betão… sem cor… e queria fazer algo que talvez pudesse fazer alguém sorrir se o vissem quando precisassem sair de casa.
Pertences a alguma crew?
AST e UFA.
Sendo mulher, já foste alvo de machismo no mundo do graffiti?
Quase diariamente.
Já pintaste noutros países?
Ainda não.
Quais são os teus spots / cidades favoritos?
Os meus lugares preferidos são aqueles bem escondidos.
Como é o teu processo criativo e de onde surgem as tuas inspirações?
O meu processo criativo é caótico e estou sempre a tentar tirar ideias da minha cabeça e colocá-las nas paredes. Ou no papel, pelo menos...
Preferes lettering ou characters?
Sempre tive preferência por personagens, mas agora estou a começar a desenvolver um gosto por letras também.
Wall of fame, street bombing ou train bombing?
Paredes!
Pintas com sketch ou freestyle?
Sketch sempre.
Quais são os ingredientes para um bom dia de pintura?
Um pouco de sol, alguns bons amigos e muita, muita tinta.
O que toca na tua playlist quando pintas?
Costumo pintar em silêncio.
Qual é o teu top 3 de writers australianos?
SKAE é o meu writer favorito número 1. Ele é uma lenda e uma pessoa genuinamente boa, muito divertido para pintar.
BEASE também é um writer incrível, se o tamanho das suas peças não te deixar maravilhado, a sua incrível atenção aos detalhes definitivamente tratará disso.
ZOMBE é um writer incrível, tanta habilidade, nunca vi ninguém preencher um caderno de esboços tão rapidamente.
E de writers estrangeiros?
Eu adoro a Ks Kokel. Ela é incrível e os seus autorretratos inspiram-me sempre.
Com que writer gostarias de fazer uma peça conjunta?
Majho. :) Acho que seria muito divertido pintar com ela. :)

On the way to the 100 interviewees, today I mark another milestone. There are 18,180.00 kilometers that separate me from my new interviewee, the greatest distance covered by this blog. Sweety is Australian and is part of the AST and UFA. Born in Sydney, her taste balances between characters and lettering. Despite preferring to paint in hidden places, she did not refuse to contribute when I invited her through Instagram. Keep with her talent from the antipodes. Hope you enjoy.
How did your tag come about?
I was just a kid when I started writing it, I can’t remember why.
When did your interest in graffiti start and what were your influences at the time?
My interest was massively resparked during Covid lockdowns. Seeing the streets when they were all empty made me see them in a different way... so much grey… so much concrete... no colour… and I wanted to do something that could maybe make someone smile if they saw it when they did have to leave the house.
Do you belong to any crew?
AST and UFA.
As a woman, have you ever been the target of sexism in the graffiti world?
Almost daily.
Have you ever painted in other countries?
Not yet.
What are your favorite spots / cities?
My favourite spots are the ones that are well hidden.
How is your creative process and where do you get your inspirations?
My creative process is chaotic and I am always just trying to get ideas out of my head and onto walls. Or paper, at least.
Do you prefer lettering or characters?
I have always had a preference for characters but I am starting to develop a fondness for lettering now also.
Wall of fame, street bombing or train bombing?
Walls!
Do you sketch or freestyle?
Always sketch.
What are the ingredients for a good paint day?
A bit of sun, some good friends, and lots and lots of paint.
What plays on your playlist when you paint?
I often paint in silence.
What is your top 3 Australian writers?
SKAE is my number 1 top favourite writer.
He’s a legend and just genuinely such a good person, so much fun to paint with.
BEASE is also an amazing writer, if the size of his pieces doesn’t leave you in awe then his incredible attention to detail definitely will.
ZOMBE is an amazing writer, so much skill, I’ve never seen anyone fill up a sketch book quite as quickly.
What about foreign writers?
I absolutely adore Ks Kokel. She’s amazing and her self portraits always inspire me. Which writer would you like to do a joint piece with?
